How to nourish your skin during the colder months.

The Winter months can be so harsh and drying on your skin. With the wind getting colder (thanks arctic blast) and the heating being cranked up indoors, this change of climate can be a shock to our skin especially after months of warm weather and humidity.

In the cooler months we really need to nourish and hydrate our skin just that little bit more.
