Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our small business and our team.
To help us manage our time and availability fairly for all clients, a 30% fee of the total service cost will apply for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged.
If you need to make any changes, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your appointment to someone on our waitlist.
