Our Massage Treatments
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Best for: stress, overwhelm, needing to switch off Your go-to if you’re feeling mentally or physically drained. Slow, flowing movements to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and gently release built-up tension. It’s not about intensity – it’s about giving your body permission to fully relax.

Remedial Massage
Best for: ongoing tension, tightness, problem areas If you’ve got a specific area that keeps flaring up, this is the one. Targeted techniques to release tension, improve movement, and support recovery. Ideal for tight necks, sore backs, and areas that feel restricted or uncomfortable. You’ll still leave feeling relaxed – but with real, noticeable relief. All colour services include a personalised consultation and customised formula.

Hot Stone Massage
Best for: deep relaxation + muscle relief without intensity Heated stones warm and soften the muscles, allowing for deeper release without the need for firm pressure. Full-body relaxation with an added layer of warmth and comfort.

For general wellbeing and stress management, once a month is a great starting point. If you’re dealing with a specific issue or injury, your therapist may recommend more frequent sessions initially, then tapering as you improve.
Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in. Avoid a heavy meal beforehand and let your therapist know about any health conditions, injuries, or areas of concern before the session begins.
Drink plenty of water to support your body’s recovery. Try to avoid rushing back into a busy schedule immediately after – give yourself a little time to ease back in. Some clients feel mild fatigue after a remedial massage, which is completely normal and usually passes within a day.
