Bare Beauty House
These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for appointments and services at Bare Beauty House. Our aim is to create a calm, luxurious experience for every client while respecting the time of both our clients and our team.
By booking an appointment with Bare Beauty House, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in salon.
All appointments require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day.
Bookings made online may require a valid credit card to secure the appointment.
Bare Beauty House reserves the right to cancel or remove any appointments that have not been confirmed with the required deposit.
Consultations
Certain services require a consultation prior to booking.
A $50 consultation fee applies and is fully credited toward your first service when you proceed with treatment.
Consultations allow us to properly assess your hair or skin, discuss your goals, and ensure the correct service is booked.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
If less than 48 hours notice is provided:
• The 30% booking deposit will be forfeited
Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) will incur the full cost of the scheduled service.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and we aim to approach genuine circumstances with understanding wherever possible.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time remaining to complete the service.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full cost of the booked service.
Service Adjustments
We strive to deliver results that our clients love.
If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can assess and provide a suitable solution.
Corrections will only be offered where the service outcome does not align with the original consultation.
Changes of mind or different styling preferences after the service has been completed may incur additional charges.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits are non-refundable, however they are applied toward the total cost of your appointment.
Deposits are forfeited when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.
We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS and other payment methods available through our booking system.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Vouchers & Packages
Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced.
Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless specified.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
This ensures we can provide treatments safely and tailor services to your needs.
Bare Beauty House reserves the right to decline or modify treatments if they are not considered suitable.
Personal Belongings
While we take care within the salon environment, Bare Beauty House cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
Right to Refuse Service
Bare Beauty House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or actions that compromise the wellbeing of our team or clients.
Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies.
